Evening Classes are divided into 6 intensive learning levels. They are as follows:

Level 1A Elementary
Level 1B Elementary
Level 2A Pre-Intermediate
Level 2B Pre-Intermediate
Level 3A Intermediate
Level 3B Intermediate

The duration of each level is 11 weeks (85-90 hours) at an average of 8 hours per week.

The academic year is divided into three terms:

1. The first term commences in early October, and terminates at the end of December.
2. The second term commences in the middle of January and terminates at the end of March.
3. The third terms commences in the middle of April, and terminates at the end of June.

Please note that these dates may be subject to change.

Registration dates for each term will be announced in advance. Students must register on these dates by completing a form. They must also submit a copy of their ID card with the form.

Acceptance at the Institute is at the discretion of the Language Institute administration.

Once your appliation has been accepted we will contact you for payment. Fees are QAR200 (Arabic courses) and QAR500 (English/French/Japanese courses.)

Payment is Non-Refundable

Accepted applicants will sit for a placement test on the assigned dates. They will then be placed in one of the the six levels mentioned above.

All students who are accepted must start their classes on the assigned dates. Absentees will be excluded from the end of the second week and their places will be provided to other students on the waiting list.

Students must attend a minimum of 85% of classes to be eligible to take the final exam.

Students who pass the final exam will be transferred directly to a higher level without sitting for a placement test.

Students can defer and take a break for one term without having to take a new placement test when they return.
